2019年10月8日，国务院▼通过了《优化营商环境条例》，自2020年1月1日起实施，标志着我国优化营商环境工作迈入了〖法制化轨道。为了贯彻落实《优化营商环境条例》，持续优化我㊣省营商环境，按照省政府2019年12月全省优化提升营商环境工作推进会精神，省发改委（省营商办）会同省级有关部门在前期工作的基础上，结合国家要求各地复制推广借鉴的改革举措，研究起︽草了《陕西省贯彻落实<优化营商环境条例>工作方案》（征求意见稿），现向社会公开征求意见。
